Breathing New Life into Emmanuel School's Buildings
Our facilities maintenance team is proud to support Emmanuel Christian School in maintaining and improving its learning environments. Through proactive maintenance and restoration work, we help ensure that school facilities remain safe, functional, and visually appealing for students and staff.
Over the Christmas break, our team completed a full exterior repaint of one of the school’s buildings, including the cladding and roof. This building holds historical significance, originally serving as part of the Wigram Airforce Base before being purchased by the school in the early 2000s. Our work has helped preserve this important structure, while giving it a refreshed, well-maintained appearance.
Beyond painting, our team also undertook essential maintenance repairs, including:
• Replacing broken Hardie Plank boards
• Removing sections of rot from the exterior cladding
• Tidying up and improving the roof flashings
By addressing these issues early, we’ve helped extend the lifespan of the building and reduced future maintenance costs.
Building on this work, our team recently completed an internal repaint of a newly built classroom. A fresh coat of paint not only enhances the look of the space but also ensures a durable, easy-to-maintain surface that will support students’ learning for years to come.
